Most cube timers fail in one of two ways. The screen cracks, or the back comes off. QiYi built the Speedcubing Timer around both problems, and durability is the reason to choose it over something cheaper.
The screen is welded rather than clipped in, which makes it far less prone to damage, and the back cover is secured. A high-performance sensor panel drives responsive touch pads. Six anti-slip pads sit on the base, and attachment buttons fix the timer to a cubing mat. It stores your personal best. It takes two AAA batteries, not included.
